This is my personal journal of my trek to "Get My Skinny On" using the tool of gastric banding surgery. I was banded on August 18, 2010. I am determined to shed this excess weight.
My nutritionist recommended using baby spoons and forks, and I am definitely going to try that! Good job on the loss, and I'm looking forward to hearing more about the experiment!
Recently I have stumbled upon a curious article providing the analysis, conducted by nutrition scientists, on which elements are essential in muscle building and how they work - http://bit.ly/Qh9G8S. They also write a lot about pre-workout and post-workout nutrition. Very interesting information for all athletes.
Wooooo Hooooooo....... Four is good. Scratch that. Four is Superfantabulous!
